some of my thoughts as “So Will I” was played during our hour of worship that morning
You are God over all. No one can compete with You.
God, You are so creative.
It is not difficult for You to create.
You made the stars to worship You
and so will I
gladly
Your creation shows who You are
your creation shows Your grace
if creation sings Your praises,
so will I
Your words are so precious and powerful
God, Your voice brings life
As You speak, you give creatures breath
everything wants to follow You
Nature reflects You
so will I
Your love for me is evident
the sky is a canvas for Your grace
if creation obeys you
so will I
the stars worship You, constantly
so will I
the mountains bow in reverence to Your power, greatness, glory, and might
so will I bow down
the oceans roar Your greatness
so will I
literally all of creation exists to lift You high
so will I
God, You give my life its purpose
the wind goes where You send it
so will I,
I want to follow You as first in my heart
the rocks cry out to You in silence
so will I, (romans 8:29)
we can keep giving You praise but it won’t ever be enough to match Your glory and what You deserve
so i will keep on singing and give all of me
God, You alone have saved me
You give me life and chase after me
even though I suck at being your daughter sometimes
You created mountains, hills, and died on one
You traded the light You created, to sit in darkness for me
Your words will matter
You take my failures away
God, You lost your life so I could find it here
You left the grave behind You,
so will I
gladly
Your love is in creation and everything You’ve done,
every part designed in a work of art called LOVE
You gladly chose surrender
and so will I
daily
Your heart is shown in everyone
You came to save each of Your precious children
You gave Your life to love them
so will I
even when it is hard
Your love never ends
it’s not conditional
I cannot measure it
You don’t leave anyone behind (Matt 18:14)
My life is Yours
In Your name,
Amen
Sounds like a heart after God. Saying, “I will” or “Yes!” before you know what He will ask of you.
